Translation Process - Kazakh

Kazakh
  • Your Kazakh texts are translated according to Dijital Tercüme’s patented 16-step Translation Process. The first step is to categorize your text according to its subject and select the best Kazakh translator for your project.
  • We prepare a “company terminology” especially for you, which guarantees error-free, consistent translations written in the same manner.
  • Any documents which will be submitted to official bodies in Kazakhstan are prepared in an official, widely-accepted form. Cyrillic or Latin alphabets can be used according to the preference of the official organisation.

Language Information - Kazakh

Kazakh
Philological information about Kazakh was prepared by the Translation Studies division of Dijital Tercüme.

Kazakh, or Kazakh Turkish according to some philologists, is spoken by approximately 16 million people worldwide, including 10 million living in Kazakhstan and others in neighboring countries and Kazakh migrants elsewhere. The countries where it is an official language also include the People’s Republic of China. In addition, Kazakh is also spoken in Kazakhstan, Turkey, Mongolia, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, Afghanistan, China, Russia, Turkmenistan and EU countries. It is the official language of Kazakhstan. However, Kazakhs speak Russian along with this language, and use the Cyrillic alphabet. It is closely related to Kyrgyz Turkish. Looking at the historical development of Kazakh, we can see that it used the 24-letter Orhun alphabet, however due to the influence of the period of occupation by Soviet Russia today it is written in the Latin alphabet and the Cyrillic alphabet is used for some additional letters.
